Membership categories

Anyone working in or interested in regulatory affairs can become a TOPRA member.

Types of TOPRA Membership:

 
  1. Student Membership – this offers free membership to those studying a full-time under or post graduate qualification
  2. Graduate Membership – you may qualify for a discounted membership rate if you are a working and studying for a part-time under or post graduate qualification
  3. Member – this is for established professionals working regulatory affairs who do not meet the Register Member (MTOPRA) criteria
  4. Member – Emerging Markets - this offers a discounted rate for those who are based in low to middle income countries and working in or interested in regulatory affairs
  5. Registered Member (MTOPRA) – At least two years of full-time experience practising as a healthcare regulatory professional and meet the eligibility criteria
  6. Fellow (FTOPRA) – At least 10 years of experience in regulatory affairs. See criteria and application

Our Member category is for established professionals working in or interested in regulatory affairs and will enable you to take advantage of the full suite of member benefits.

If you have at least two years of full-time experience as a healthcare regulatory professional, you may also want to consider applying to become a Registered Member (MTOPRA).

Concessionary rates

We are happy to offer concessionary rates to those regulatory affairs professionals who need a helping hand to get access to the knowledge, skills and experience that will support their career development.

Graduates

Our Graduate rate offers a 50% discount on the standard membership fee. This is for new members who have gained a (life science) university undergraduate degree within the last two years. Please email us or call +44 (0)20 7510 2560 for more information.

Emerging markets

We are delighted to be able to offer regulatory affairs professionals based in a low to middle income countries a 50% discount on the standard membership fee. Find out more.

All subscription fees run on an annual basis from 1 January to 31 December each year. Fees are not dependent on date of joining and therefore not prorated.
