Is my company eligible to join the Employer Partner programme?

Employer Partners are industry-leading organisations that are committed to promoting continuous professional development, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) and the wellbeing of their regulatory affairs professionals. 

The programme has four tiers of recognition to reflect the level of commitment from the participating members: Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze.

Each tier represents the level of contribution to the regulatory affairs sector and is reserved for organisations that exhibit an exceptional, comprehensive approach to supporting their regulatory affairs teams. 
 

Platinum

Platinum-tier Employer Partners are required to commit to the following:

  • 150 or more new or renewed TOPRA members 
  • Extensive professional development opportunities, including access to training, certification, and leadership programmes
  • Clear career progression pathways with regular performance reviews and development plans
  • Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), with demonstrated efforts to promote underrepresented groups in leadership roles
  • Active involvement in the regulatory affairs community, including conference participation, speaking engagements or mentorship programme
  • An established culture of innovation and excellence in regulatory affairs

How do I sign up?

  1. Email membership@topra.org

  2. Specify which tier you would like to sign up to:
             -     Platinum (for 150 or more employees)
             -     Gold (for 100 or more employees)
             -     Silver (for 50 or more employees)
             -     Bronze (for 25 or more employees)

  3. Provide the list of total employees within the tier you want to allocate TOPRA membership to. 

On successfully joining the programme, we will assign a dedicated account manager to work with your organisation. In addition to being your point-of-contact for support and other queries, they will set up an onboarding session for all current and new members to present our full range of membership benefits.
