Brexit and the EU: Strategic Insights and Considerations
On 7 June 2017 the TOPRA Office in London will be hosting an exclusive TOPRA Fellow/Honorary Life Member meeting to gain the latest insight into possible Brexit strategies for the Pharmaceutical industry from a global perspective.

This debate will be followed by Q&A discussions on Brexit concerns and opportunities.   

Upon registration, you can choose to attend the debate only or book the debate and dinner at the Hilton London Canary Wharf.


Guest Speaker:  Dr David Jefferys, Senior Vice President, Global Regulatory Affairs at Eisai, Past President and Honorary Life Member of TOPRA.

David Jefferys as chairman of the ABPI Regulatory Expert Network and Chairman of the EFPIA Regulatory Expert Group and the BASC group has been very closely involved in discussions elaborating the Pharmaceutical Industry /Life Science position on Brexit and discussing this with both UK Government and EU officials.

He has co-chaired the Industry Brexit Workshops and Deep Dive Meetings. As a Global Senior Vice President and as a former Regulatory Agency Head he is very well placed to provide insights into the current situation and how it may develop. In 1992 he was part of the UK team that secured the UK bid for the then EMEA and chaired the CPMP Operations Working Party which oversaw the introduction of the Centralised System in 1995.
