Who Should Attend?

This session is relevant to anyone who is recruiting staff and wants to minimise the risks involved in the recruitment process. It will also be useful to those who want to retain team members through enabling and encouraging development of their leadership skills.

There will also be an opportunity to discuss how other delegates have tackled workplace attendance since the end of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Attendees from different types of organisation will be able to identify ideas that can be implemented within their own companies, taking into account their particular constraints and flexibility.

Areas of Discussion

The discussion will be as free flowing as possible around the following key discussion points:

  • The needs of today’s talent market where their expectations on better life-work balance, company culture and values, and whole benefit packages are critical to attracting and retaining talent.
  • Recurring recruitment themes and how leadership practices promote the goals of a team and see the potential for development in all, creating longer lasting and fulfilling careers within the workplace.
