TOPRA Engage+ app FAQs

Where can I get the app?

Simply download the app from Google Play (Android) or App Store (Apple) search for 'TOPRA Engage+'.

How do I log in to the app?

Use the same username and password you use for TOPRA.org to log in to the TOPRA Engage app.

What does the Events option consist of?

Click the Events icon at the bottom of the app to find a comprehensive list of upcoming TOPRA member events, training courses and webinars, and conferences and meetings at your fingertips. Clicking the Register button on any of these pages will take you to TOPRA.org to begin the registration process.

How do I find a member?

The Member directory is accessible from your profile page (see below). From the profile page, click the More option at the bottom on the bottom right of your screen and click TOPRA App Community. From here you can type in the name of a member using the Search option.

How do I post a topic to the My Community area?

  • Choose the SPINs & INs icon at the bottom of the screen.
  • Click on the + symbol in the top right.
  • Choose the Category where you want your post to appear. 
  • Enter the text of your post where it says Your text here.
  • You also have the option to attach a file to supplement your post.
  • Click Done.

NB: In addition to appearing in the app, your post will also appear in the TOPRA Communities desktop site.

How can I message another member?

  • Choose the Messaging icon on the bottom of the screen.
  • Click on the + symbol in the top right.
  • Then search for your desired recipient using the search bar. You can choose more than one recipient if you want to send a group message.
  • Fill in the message fields, then click Send.

NB: Messages sent using the app are also accessible from your inbox on the TOPRA Communities desktop site.

What’s happened to the previous app and online communities?

Easy on-the-go access to our online resources is a priority for our members, which is why we have revised and relaunched our app and online communities platform for 2024.

If you are an existing user of our previous app or online communities platform, these will not be supported after 31 July so we recommend that you switch over as soon as possible.
