Job listings are online at TOPRA jobs for 4 weeks, with the additional option to have listings sent to the more than 2,500 TOPRA Members currently opted in to receive job bulletins once a week. The average open rate of our job bulletins is 25%.

TOPRA Annual Symposium

Brussels, Belgium | 5–7 October 2019
This year we are working with the Irish Health Products Regulatory Authority (HPRA) to once again put together the most authoritative regulatory conference in Europe. The Annual Symposium brings together key professionals from major pharmaceutical companies, small and medium-sized enterprises, regulatory agencies, biotech companies, support companies, consultants, academia, patient groups and legal services. There are extensive networking opportunities in between sessions delivered by up to 80 speakers.

Audience: 600+ senior regulatory professionals from across the world in the human pharmaceutical, medical devices and veterinary medicines sectors. A review of all Symposium delegates over the years indicates that 74% are manager level or above and of this group 45% are at least director level. They include delegates from every size of company, as well as a high number of representatives from regulatory agencies.

Awards for Regulatory Excellence

Now approaching its 10th year, the TOPRA Awards will once again reward excellence, wherever it may occur in regulatory affairs and recognise the achievement of individuals, teams and organisations both within TOPRA and in the wider regulatory affairs community.

There are nine awards categories, covering excellence in every aspect of regulatory affairs, including a Lifetime Achievement Award. The Awards are judged by a panel of respected figures in the regulatory industry, with nominations narrowed down to three finalists for each category. The winners in each category and the recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award will be honoured at a glittering dinner and ceremony held in London in November, details of which will be announced closer to the event.

Sponsoring the Awards for Regulatory Excellence aligns your brand with championing excellence, innovation and success. Regulatory Rapporteur

We keep our members informed of developments in regulatory matters through a variety of sources both online and offline, including our monthly journal Regulatory Rapporteur. It’s a peer reviewed publication, largely regarded as the most authoritative regulatory publication in the industry and, according to our recent membership survey, has an awareness of over 96% and more than 83% valued it 'very highly'. The high-quality content makes it a must-read for our members and their associates. All our 3,000+ members receive it every month as part of their membership, so you’re reaching a highly interested, captive audience. It is also often passed on to non-member colleagues, making the reach of your advertising even greater.

Place your company banner on an email send to TOPRA members or our non-member contacts*. Each month we send out an email newsletter (InTouchto our membership and we also have specialist newsletters focused on pharma industry news (PharmaTimes), veterinary news (VetMed Update) and pharmaceutical legal issues (Life-Lines). The open rate is around 30% on average. We also publish a non-member email newsletter (TOPRA Connect), sent to an audience of approximately 2,500+. This has an average open rate of about 25%. There are options for you to advertise or sponsor these upon application.

TOPRA’s Services Directory is aimed to make the job of finding the right service our members need for their business an easy and rewarding process. Whether they are looking for help or advice on the ramifications of Brexit to consultancy or translation, our directory is the go-to service for our members and partners. This is a fast-track way for you to get your name out there and start building business with our members.

If you sign up as a TOPRA Business User you receive a basic entry. This can then be upgraded to a Standard or Premium entry allowing you to share more information and therefore increasing your opportunity to connect with your clients.
