  • Only one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted. 
  • The competition is only open to paying delegates for the Human Medicines [full Symposium]. 
  • Anyone who has already booked the Human Medicines Symposium (full Symposium before 9 August 2021) will be included in the draw.
  • Anyone booking the Annual Symposium after 9 August will not be eligible for the draw. 
  • The winner will be picked using a random number generator and they will be notified in the week following 9 August.
  • The winner will receive the prize in the week following 25 August, should they cancel their booking before this date the prize will be forfeit, in line with TOPRA’s course and conference cancellation policy.
  • TOPRA reserves the right to publicise the name of the winner in TOPRA communications
  • The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
  • TOPRA accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of accepting the prize.
  • TOPRA accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.
