Having made our home in London’s Harbour Exchange for nearly 10 years, we are delighted to announce that we are moving offices!
From 4 June 2025, TOPRA will occupy the third floor of
City Reach, 5 Greenwich View Place. These new offices maintain our convenient and familiar location in Canary Wharf, London, and are just 10 minutes’ walk away from Harbour Exchange.

This move has presented us with the ideal opportunity to create an exciting new business environment in which to work, learn and network. The 5,000 square foot space has been thoughtfully shaped, with dedicated coworking and collaboration areas featuring the latest AV and hospitality facilities. It will also include a dedicated training room with capacity for up to 50 delegates and vibrant break-out areas that will provide an exceptional learning and networking experience.
The Greenwich View Place offices have 24/7 access, with shower and bike facilities, and access to a wide range of local shops, restaurants and other facilities. They also benefit from a stunning waterside location featuring
Biomatrix Floating Ecosystems attracting swans and other wildlife, and incredible views of both Canary Wharf and Greenwich.
Sustainability plays an incredibly important role in everything that we do, so we have undertaken a number of measures to minimise the environmental impact of our move. These include sourcing new environmentally-friendly office furniture from a FISP-accredited and Certified Climate Positive supplier. We are also recycling our old furniture by providing it to a primary school in Purfleet, Essex, and
Stubbers, a charity for outdoor family activities.
Our interim Chief Executive, John Wilkinson OBE, said: ‘As we come to the end of our existing five-year strategy and prepare for the next five years, this move is an important and exciting milestone for TOPRA. These new offices will enable us to effectively and confidently serve the needs of our members, delegates and staff.’
Our Facilities Manager, Diana Riaubiene, added: ‘I am incredibly excited by this move and the positive impact it will have on working at TOPRA. We can’t wait to get settled into our new home.’
