Alex has more than 20 years’ experience in Regulatory Affairs and Drug Development, working in consultancy, large pharma, and currently in biotech (where he is Vice President, Head of Regulatory Affairs at Bicycle Therapeutics). Alex has led multiple procedures and filings for innovative products, orphan drugs, biosimilars and generics, and has experience in strategic engagement with regulatory agencies globally.
 
Alex is a TOPRA Fellow and has been an active member throughout his career. Alex has spoken at the Introductory and on CRED courses, has been involved in various TOPRA committees, and is currently a member of the TOPRA Board of Directors. Alex was also a finalist (with a colleague) in the Innovation category in 2012.
