The TOPRA Services Directory

The TOPRA Services Directory is a one-stop shop that allows you to find products and providers at a keystroke. Rather than using an internet search function which may deliver hundreds of inappropriate results, TOPRA’s directory has been carefully developed so that every organisation is potentially relevant to Regulatory Affairs professionals. Thanks to our expert knowledge of the industry, you can be guaranteed that our database will meet your needs quickly and successfully.

Standard and Premium Listings

Premium listings are highlighted in gold and have preferred placement in the search results. For added visibility the Premium Listing enables users to click open a pop-up window displaying company's details, and detailed descriptions of services. Standard listings are highlighted in silver and a basic one-line entry is highlighted in bronze.

Non-members need to register for a free Business Account to create a listing.

How to Find Services

Begin searching for a service by selecting the region from the drop down list. You can further specify what you'd like to search for by selecting the 'Type of Company' and 'Business Area' from the drop down menus available.

Please select from one or more dropdown lists above and then Search.

How does the Services Directory work?

The Services Directory is a list of businesses and their services.

You can create and maintain your entry in the directory.

You can purchase either a Standard or Premium listing.

In order to assure the quality of the contents of the directory, TOPRA review and approve both new entries and updates to entries.

So, your business details will be displayed when:

  • you have created or updated your entry
  • TOPRA have reviewed and approved the new or updated entry
  • you have purchased a Standard or Premium listing

How do I create my entry?

When you register for a business account an entry is created for you automatically, pre-populated with information from your business profile.

How do I update my entry?

Use the "My Account" button in the righthand sidebar to access your account details.

Use the "Directory" tab to view your entry summary page.

Use the "edit" link in the summary table to edit your entry. Remember to click "Save" at the end of the form when updating your entry.

How do I purchase a Standard or Premium listing?

On your entry summary page use the "Add to cart" button next to the listing you wish to purchase.

Can I upgrade from Standard to Premium?

Yes. Use the "Add to cart" button next to Upgrade on your entry summary page.

How do I know what my entry will look like?

Once you have created your entry, a preview of it is displayed on your entry summary page.

I've updated my entry but the changes are not displayed in the directory

Your changes are awaiting approval for publishing by TOPRA. You will see "Pending Approval" in the Entry Status column on your entry summary page.

What are the range of entry packages on offer?

A Premium listing costs £1000 (+VAT) and includes:

  • An unlimited selection of search categories for your company.
  • A PDF brochure (up to four A4 pages) detailing your company and services

For added visibility a dedicated pop-up window is included featuring:

  • Your company's name and full address
  • A 50-word business profile
  • Company logo
  • Website and email link

A Standard listing costs £500 (+VAT) and includes:

  • An unlimited selection of search categories for your company
  • Company name and address
  • Website and email link

A Basic listing is free and includes:

  • Company name and web address [which isn't hyperlinked].
