, Director Unicus Coaching & Development Ltd, TOPRA offers its members a free mini-coaching session of 30-40 minutes. 

Up to 5 slots per month are offered and sessions are conducted by telephone.  Face to face appointments may be available at the TOPRA offices if a mutually convenient date and time can be arranged with the coach.

The range of topics that can be brought to a session include:

Ø Career management

Ø A particular situation that is causing concern

Ø Conflict situations

Ø New job selection

Ø Changes in roles and responsibilities

Ø Dealing with promotion

Not all can be fully resolved in 30-40 minutes, but every individual can walk away with a clearer perspective of their current situation and some practical next steps to take to help them achieve what they want.
