Sending artwork
If you are supplying the artwork, please send a high resolution PDFs via e-mail (see below), CD or DVD including booking reference, issue number and contact details to:

High resolution print ready PDFs
All artwork must be supplied as a print ready 4 colour (CMYK) PDF. All the colours in the document including Pantone colours must be converted to CMYK (Special spot colours are not available in the publication).
All fonts must be embedded in the file.
The high resolution PDF will have been generated using:
Freehand, Illustrator, Photoshop, Quark Xpress or InDesign.
The PDF needs to be flattened and saved using the 'Standard PDF/X–1a' setting to avoid problems with transparency issues, please note, PDFs produced using 'Word' or 'Powerpoint' will not be acceptable.
As a guide, the PDF will need to meet the PPA Pass4Press guidelines (see www.pass4press.com).
Images or pictures within the document must be TIFF or EPS files (not JPEG) and CMYK (not RGB). Images must also be supplied at actual size and at 300 dpi to meet the printer’s requirements.
Artwork service
We offer a design and artwork service for those advertisers who may require assistance in this area. If you have any design or artwork requirements please contact the 'The Upper Room' on 020 8406 1010. Text can be supplied as a 'Word' document, any company logos should be supplied as vector eps's (or if JPEGs are supplied then the logo will have to sit on a white background), guidance/reference on colour and typeface should also be supplied. This information should be sent via email to 'The Upper Room' (address above). A cost estimate will be given once relevant details have been discussed.
Points to remember
TOPRA reserves the right to refuse adverts that do not conform to the above technical specifications and is not responsible for the appearance of adverts that have been sent that do not so conform.
Cancellation policy – TOPRA can only accept cancellations of bookings no later than 2 days after the copy deadline.
If new artwork has to be produced by the publishers in order to make an advert acceptable, TOPRA reserves the right to pass on the cost of this to the booker. Publication of the Regulatory Rapporteur will not be delayed to accommodate adverts that have been sent in the wrong format. The file is the responsibility of the sender and TOPRA/Regulatory Rapporteur cannot be held responsible if the file is incomplete.
A hard copy colour proof of all adverts (as well as electronic copy) must be sent to 'The Upper Room' so that layout and appearance can be confirmed and checked. TOPRA will not accept responsibility for colour, layout and font changes/errors where colour proofs have not been supplied.
