Careers Coaching
In collaboration with Alison Griffiths, Director of Success Coaching and Development Ltd, TOPRA offers its members a free mini-coaching session of 30 minutes. Sessions are conducted by telephone and by email. Face to face appointments may be available at the TOPRA offices if a mutually convenient date and time can be arranged with the coach.

The range of topics that can be brought to a session include (but are not exclusive to):
- Career management
- A particular situation that is causing concern
- Conflict situations
- New job selection
- Changes in roles and responsibilities
- Dealing with promotion
Not all can be fully resolved in 30 minutes, but every individual can walk away with a clearer perspective of their current situation and some practical next steps to take to help them achieve what they want.
Mini Coaching Sessions have been run very successfully for over 5 years with Alison through TOPRA and feedback from these sessions has all been positive.
