By Air
London City Airport
Use the shuttle bus to Canary Wharf (journey time approx. 15 minutes, but allow 30 minutes). From there, walk to the top level of Westferry Circus, then turn left down the pedestrian ramp to the Heron Quays main entrance off the Marsh Wall/Westferry Road roundabout (allow 5 minutes to walk from there). By taxi: allow 15 minutes from the airport.
London Stansted Airport
Take the Stansted Express network rail train to Liverpool Street mainline Station. From there take the Underground (Central Line) to Stratford. Change there onto the Stratford DLR and alight at Heron Quays. (Alternatively you could take the Stanstead Express to Totthenham Hale and change onto the the Victoria line (underground) and change at Green Park for the Jubilee line to Canary Wharf (underground). Allow 1 hour 10 minutes. By taxi: allow 1 hour, your journey may take longer if travelling at busy times.
London Gatwick Airport
Take either the Gatwick Express (or any available network rail train) to Victoria Station, change there onto the London Underground Victoria Line to Green Park. Change onto the Jubilee Line to Canary Wharf. Allow for a journey time of 1 hour 30 minutes, longer if travelling at busy times. Alternatively you could take the Thameslink train from Gatwick Airport to London Bridge and change onto the Jubilee Line - alight at Canary Wharf (underground).
London Heathrow Airport
London Underground - Piccadilly Line - to Green Park. Change there onto Jubilee Line to Canary Wharf. Allow journey time of 1 hour 40 minutes. By taxi: allow 1hr 15 minutes, longer if travelling at busy times.
By Public Transport
Docklands Light Railway (DLR)
Take the DLR to Heron Quays DLR station. An underground or DLR ticket valid for Zone 2 is required. Frequency of trains - at rush hours, approximately every few minutes; at other times, every seven to 10 minutes. The trip to/from Bank Station (connections to Central, Circle, District and Northern Underground lines and to the BR Waterloo and City Line) takes about 12 minutes. To/from Stratford DLR (connections to Central and mainline railways), about 10 minutes.
From Heron Quays DLR station, exit at the front of the station and turn left, continue walking straight and this will bring you into the Heron Quays office area. The TOPRA office is on the left hand side of the complex. Access is via a walkway over the dock to the front door. It will take about five minutes to walk to the TOPRA offices from Heron Quays DLR.
By Underground train
Take London Underground to Canary Wharf (Jubilee line). Exit at the end signposted "DLR" stations. At the top of the escalators go almost straight ahead of you but at that point bear to your right past the post box onto Bank Street, you will see Heron Quays DLR station on your left in the distance. (If you turn immediately right when exiting from the station escalators you will be heading in the wrong direction towards Canary Wharf DLR station). Continue walking straight past the entrance to Heron Quays DLR station until you get to the Heron Quays office area. Access to TOPRA is via a walkway over the dock to the front door. It will take about seven minutes to walk to the TOPRA offices.
By Taxi
Most London taxi drivers will know the "City Pride Tavern" on Marsh Wall, Docklands, so it is best to ask to be set down here. A less well-known bar, 'Drummonds', is situated opposite the 'London Pride'. From the rear of 'Drummonds', 7 Heron Quays will be seen at the side of the dock. Access to the TOPRA offices and Business Centre is via the walkway at the back of 'Drummonds' - there are usually some boats moored here - next to the front door. It is only a few metres walk from Drummonds bar.
By Car
There is a public car park at Canary Wharf that is accessed from the underground roundabout at Westferry Circus. Visitor parking for a small number of cars is available at Heron Quays (by prior arrangement only). If driving to Heron Quays, upon emerging from the slip road (Westferry Road) off the underground roundabout, the complex will be seen on the left. The visitors entrance and security gate is reached by a left turn off The Marsh Wall/Westferry Road roundabout.
