Bookings for advertisements in TOPRA publications are accepted subject to the following terms and conditions.  The placement of an advertisement with us implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.  NO OTHER CONDITIONS ARE AVAILABLE.

Special advertising rates are available for clients wishing to advertise in more than one publication.  All rates are quoted exclusive of Value Added Tax, which will be charged at the rate in force in the United Kingdom at the date of invoicing.

Payment is required within 30 days from date of invoice.  Clients with outstanding invoices of six weeks or more will not be accepted for accept space bookings.

Rates are quoted assuming finished artwork is provided.  Any additional work required will be charged as an extra.
